What is 3dOkieDrops?

3dOkieDrops is a community-driven adventure that combines 3D printing, geocaching-style treasure hunting, and acts of kindness into one unforgettable experience.

Our mission is simple:

Kindness Is Still Out There… You Just Have to Find It.

Volunteer Print Masters create unique 3D-printed drops that are hidden in parks, trails, and public places for Seekers to discover. When a Seeker finds a drop, they scan its QR code, share the experience with the community, and either keep it or relocate it so someone else can continue the adventure.

Every Drop Has a Purpose

3dOkieDrops isn't just about finding a free 3D print—it's about:

• Creating family-friendly adventures
• Encouraging people to get outdoors
• Exploring local communities
• Learning about 3D printing
• Spreading kindness one drop at a time
• Bringing people together through a shared experience

How It Works

Find It. Scan It. Share It. Pocket It.

• Find It – Discover a hidden 3dOkieDrops drop.
• Scan It – Scan the QR code to record the find.
• Share It – Post your adventure and inspire others.
• Pocket It – Keep it as a souvenir or relocate it to continue the adventure.

Free for Everyone

3dOkieDrops is free to hunt and always will be. For those who want to support the community, an optional paid membership offers additional convenience features such as Seeker Radar, text alerts, and a unique monthly drop mailed to your home. These features enhance the experience but are never required to participate.

Built by the Community

Everything that makes 3dOkieDrops possible comes from volunteers and supporters:

• Print Masters create and donate drops.
• Drop Masters hide them throughout the community.
• Seekers discover, scan, share, and keep the adventure going.
• Sponsors and optional memberships help support the costs of keeping the project alive.

Our Vision

To create the largest community of people sharing kindness through 3D-printed treasures, proving that a small act of generosity can create a lasting adventure.
