Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to 3dOkieDrops! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using 3dokiedrops.com, our QR codes, maps, store, giveaways and drop hunts. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://3dokiedrops.com/privacy.php). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

• Anyone can play. Children under 13 may play only with a parent or guardian, who creates and manages the account and is responsible for it.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use only one account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Community conduct

• Be kind and respectful to other players, the public, and property owners.
• No harassment, hate, threats, or inappropriate content in names, photos, videos or messages.
• Play fair: no fake scans or locations, no multiple accounts, no automated tools, and don't take, keep, or tamper with other people's drops against the game rules.

Drop hunting safety

Drop hunting happens outdoors in public places. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and for any children with you. Watch for traffic, weather, wildlife and uneven ground. Never climb, dig, enter water, or go anywhere unsafe to hide or reach a drop. If a spot doesn't feel safe, leave it.

Private property and trespassing

• Only hide or search for drops in places that are open to the public, or where you have the owner's permission.
• Never trespass, cross fences or closed areas, or enter private property without permission.
• Follow all laws, park rules and posted signs. Don't hide drops at schools, government buildings, inside businesses without permission, or anywhere a hidden object could cause alarm.
• If a property owner, employee or officer asks you to leave or to remove a drop, do so politely.

Photos and videos you submit

• You keep ownership of the photos and videos you send us.
• When you submit content and tick that it's OK to post, you give 3dOkieDrops a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to use, edit, and share it on our website and social media, including our YouTube channel, to promote 3dOkieDrops.
• Only send content you made yourself and have the right to share. Don't include anything unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.
• People in your video: when you send a video you confirm that everyone recognizable in it agreed to be posted publicly, and that for anyone under 18 their parent or guardian agreed. Don't send videos that show faces, school names, house numbers, or license plates of people who didn't agree.
• Every submission is reviewed before posting and we may decide not to post it.
• You can ask us to remove your content any time: email admin@3dokiedrops.com with the drop ID or video link and we will take it down.
• Anyone shown in a posted video (or their parent or guardian) can ask us to remove it, even if they didn't send it: email admin@3dokiedrops.com with the video link. We will take it down from our website and our YouTube channel.

YouTube

Our use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Videos we post on our channel follow YouTube's rules as well as these Terms.

Giveaways

• One win per person per giveaway.
• Prizes must be picked up the way and by the deadline stated for that giveaway (for example, at the Drop Shop during posted hours); unclaimed prizes may go to someone else.
• You may need to show your account or giveaway card to claim a prize. Location may be checked when you claim a win.
• Prizes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred unless we say so.
• We may change or cancel a giveaway, or disqualify entries that break the rules.

Rewards and points

Seeker points and rewards have no cash value, can't be sold, traded or transferred, and may change or expire. Daily limits and game rules shown on the site decide when points are earned. We may correct points given by mistake or gained by cheating.

Memberships and payments

Paid memberships and store items are charged at the price shown when you buy, through our payment providers (Square, Stripe). Memberships that renew say so when you sign up, and you can cancel before the next renewal. Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, payments are not refundable; if something is wrong with an order, contact us and we'll make it right where we can.

Termination

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or cancel points or prizes if you break these Terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers

The site, maps and game are provided "as is" and "as available". Drop locations, timers and GPS readings may not always be accurate, and drops may be missing or moved. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3dOkieDrops and its owners, volunteers and partners are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from taking part in the game or using the site. If we are ever found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Oklahoma.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms or the game rules. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
